Goods complaints may be made due to a physical defect, which consists in the non-compliance of the sold item with the contract. In order to submit a complaint, the Buyer is asked to send the item back to the seller's address (ul. T. Wendy 15, 81-351 Gdynia). The customer is asked to attach a receipt or VAT invoice to the returned goods. In connection with the complaint, the customer is asked to describe the defect and send such a description to us by e-mail to the address email@example.com
The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the deadline is moved to the next business day. However, if the damage was caused by incorrect transport, you should draw up a damage report together with the courier and contact us.
II. Warranty conditions
WHYTE BIKES Polska guarantees that the purchased WHYTE bicycle is a brand new product, free from manufacturing defects and provides a warranty for a period of 2 years.
Cosmetic defects of the frame, including painting, stickers, inscriptions, are covered by a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Rear suspension bearings on fully suspended models are covered by a lifetime warranty.
This warranty is valid subject to the following conditions:
The bike is handed over to the Customer by the Dealer fully assembled and fully ready to ride.
The maintenance and cleaning of the bicycle must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the instruction manual. In order to prevent possible damage, the aforementioned activities (cleaning and maintenance) must be performed at regular intervals.
Wear and tear and accidental or accidental damage are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover individual modifications to the frames, modifying the frames, or the use of attachments or accessories attached to the frame contrary to their intended use.
Painting the aluminum frame together with subjecting the frame to heat treatment above 180 degrees Celsius (powder painting) and any painting of the carbon frame voids the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to frames used for racing, jumping and non-intended use.
This warranty does not cover the consequences caused by the indirect or secondary effects of a damaged frame.
The warranty does not cover the man-hours of the service intended for the replacement of parts and transport costs
Claims under this warranty may be submitted in writing by the first registered owner of Whyte Bikes Polska together with the frame delivered to one of the Dealers.
Whyte Bikes Polska may refuse to be liable for damage caused by indirect action towards people, animals or objects.
ATTENTION! The lightweight handlebars that come with your bike need to be replaced periodically due to wear and fatigue. In the case of aggressive driving, it is advisable to do it more often than every 2 years.
III. Important safety information
Before the first ride, the user is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules of using the bicycle. Please read the instructions for use carefully! If you have any questions - please contact your Whyte Bikes Polska Dealer. Handlebars (both aluminum and carbon) supplied with the bike MUST be replaced due to wear and fatigue. This applies to bicycles used in any way other than tourist and recreational use.
IV. Exchange of goods
It is possible to exchange the goods for others. An important condition for the exchange is that the goods for which the previously purchased item is to be exchanged cannot be cheaper. It can be the same price or more expensive. If you want to exchange for a cheaper product, you must first return the product and then buy a new, cheaper item.
V. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded with the Seller within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org about your decision to withdraw from this contract with an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the form template in the printed version (download and print the form). In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
VI. Consequences of withdrawing from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the type of delivery chosen by you other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the type of delivery chosen by you other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
